What was the highlight of The Nest Boutique Resort
Great place but pricey
Great location at Paje beach . Lovely for kite-surfing . Very good vegetarian beach front restaurant and bar . We had rooms 19/20 which are situated on high poles and above all other bungalows, so great views. Staff in the restaurant were nice and tried to connect with customers .
As a world traveller and have spent thousands of nights in hotels all around the globe , both professionally and privately, the star rating and price per night are simply not in sync . You can read in booking.com rating comments by visitors all have similar tone. Hotel should either raise to 5 star standards or lower price and rating. A 5 star resort needs to be a flawless experience for the customer . We had no towels in room , no security safe in room (although published) , one day bed room simply not made , ventilator broken , general poor condition of infrastructure ( although W.I.P to improve ) and a neighbor resort playing music til later after midnight . Optically the resort gave impression that it needed some repairs , paintwork and gardening.

Tropical delight lovely natural surroundings. There are 2 resident monkeys!
Beach. Comfy bed. Delicious breakfast and food (high quality ingredients, veggie options galore). This is a huge plus in my opinion. Well done Nest. Just keep in mind it’s all lacto-ovo vegetarian and vegan. I didn’t see any chicken beef or fish options. The house monkeys were delightful. The bathroom is a tropical experience. Staff were fantastic. We had minor issues with the room when we arrived, and they took care of it straight away. Super romantic get away
I liked everything. But these are the things I would highlight for others: 1. The bed is on the floor. Very comfy. Just low. If you have mobility issues keep this in mind. 2. The property is outdoors and the floor is sand (I mean the pathways from the entrance to reception, restaurant and beach). Again this is lovely, but could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. 3. The bathroom is a tropical delight. It’s outdoors, but completely private. But it’s outdoors, so there could be mosquitoes at night. Well worth it in my opinion, but just a small heads up. 4. Paje Beach is gorgeous and ideal for kite surfing, but it’s shallow water. You can wade out a bit to where the water is deep enough to sit in , but you will have to go quite far out of you want to swim laps.

The stay was super because the structure is super nice and the staff very friendly
Rooms and beach are simply beautiful. The staff very kind and always available to satisfy our request
Breakfast is very very poor. First is completely vegetarian which is quite strange for an hotel on the beach: no seafood at all! And also the variety of the breakfast products is very low
